Octopus Fibre is a full-fibre broadband service operated by Octopus Telecom Ltd for connected apartment buildings, homes and business premises in London. Availability must be confirmed for each address.

## Plans

- 100Mbps plan: 100Mbps average download, 60Mbps average upload, from £18/month.
- 200Mbps plan: 212Mbps average download, 211Mbps average upload, from £24/month.
- 500Mbps plan: 527Mbps average download, 526Mbps average upload, from £30/month.
- 900Mbps plan: 900Mbps average download, 900Mbps average upload, from £36/month.

The prices above apply to 12- and 24-month contracts. Setup is free on 24 months and £30 on 12 months. Monthly plans are £24, £30, £36 and £48 respectively, with a £60 setup fee and 30 days' notice. Prices include VAT.

Actual speeds depend on the building connection, network conditions, equipment and Wi-Fi environment. Residents of unconnected buildings may register a preorder. Landlords can request a free site survey, and developers can discuss project integration.
